Hours

The regular hours of the City Hall are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Appointments

The City Manager will extend his office hours by appointment to accomodate those who are not available during the regular workday.  To make an appointment, please call 305-289-4130.

Responsibilities

The City Manager, as appointed by the City Council, is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of policies and ordinances adopted by the City Council.  The City Manager is charged with developing a city government that represents the needs of the community and provides quality, cost effective services to the public. 

 

The City Manager is dedicated to providing quality services to all residents and businesses in our community, and to insure that municipal services are furnished promptly and efficiently thoughtout the City.  The City Manager is supported by a team of professional and clerical staff to insure that the direction of the City Council is fulfilled to every extent possible.
