Part Time Temporary Scanner/Filing Clerk

Summary:
This position is responsible for a variety of general office work and entry-level duties providing office support services to the Building Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs data entry as necessary.

Scans building department documents and organizes server files appropriately.

Performs routine secretarial duties including copying, filing, data entry, etc.

Assists with the maintenance of building permit files.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent plus one year of customer service and general office experience that involves the operation of computers, office machinery, scanners and use of the Internet.

Successful applicants must undergo a drug test, driver’s license and criminal history check. E.O.E, Drug Free Workplace. Veterans preference given.
