The City of Marathon Code Compliance Department can no longer investigate anonymous complaints, due to  Senate Bill 60  that was signed into law by Florida Governor DeSantis on June 29, 2021.

After Hours and/or at Your Convenience – you can use any of the following:

  1. For Emergencies (such as health or safety) – Call 911 or contact the Monroe County Sheriff at 305-289-2351 (Dispatch)
  2. For Non-Emergency but Urgent issues (such as noise complaints or traffic/parking complaints) – contact the Monroe County Sheriff at 305-289-2351
  3. For Non-Emergencies, Non-Urgent issues - Call the Office Phone Numbers above and leave a message  - OR
  4. E-mail the Code Department at  code@ci.marathon.fl.us
