Hours

The regular hours of Marathon City Hall are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Appointments

The City Manager will extend office hours by appointment to accommodate those who are not available during the regular workday.  To make an appointment, call 305-289-4130.

Responsibilities

The City Manager, as appointed by the City Council, is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of policies and ordinances adopted by the City Council.  The City Manager is charged with developing a city government that represents the needs of the community and provides quality, cost-effective services to the public.

The City Manager is dedicated to providing quality services to all residents and businesses in the community, and to ensure municipal services are furnished promptly and efficiently throughout the city.  The City Manager is supported by a team of professional and clerical staff to ensure that the direction of the City Council is fulfilled to every extent possible.
