The Risk Management team protects the cities resources, assets, and taxpayers. We proactively identify potential liabilities, reduce financial exposure, and ensure proper insurance coverage across all city contracts and public projects.
Our office handles liability and tort claims, works closely with insurance carrier counsel to manage defense costs, and assists community members in resolving legitimate claims involving city property, operations, or personnel.
