Resolution 2025-59,  Authorizing The Issuance Of A Revolving Line Of Credit Note, Series 2025a And A Taxable Revolving Line Of Credit Note, Series 2025b In An Aggregate Principal Amount Not To Exceed $10,000,000 To Finance The Project; Authorizing And Delegating To The Mayor The Sale Of The Notes To The Lender Pursuant To The Terms And Conditions Of A Revolving Credit Agreement With The Lender; Approving The Execution And Delivery Of Said Revolving Credit Agreement; Providing Certain Other Matters In Connection With The Issuance Of The Notes; And Providing An Effective Date.
